These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and raj88 ("raj88", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://raj88.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features offered thereon. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1 Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of the raj88 Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any amendments thereto. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and raj88 relating to your use of the Platform. raj88 reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, raj88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision will be replaced, to the extent possible, with a lawful provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account on raj88 and access real-money betting and casino services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. raj88 does not permit access to real-money gambling services by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the applicable legal age in any jurisdiction.
• You are registering an account in your own true name and are providing accurate, current, and complete information in all registration fields.
• You are not located in, resident of, or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close associate of raj88 or any affiliated entity.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, another active or suspended raj88 account.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party.

raj88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity, age, and residency at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending full compliance.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each Player is solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their account credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. raj88 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

You are required to notify raj88 immediately via the support channels listed in Section 16 if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Upon receipt of such notification, raj88 will take reasonable steps to secure the account, which may include temporary suspension pending investigation.

• You must keep your registered email address current and accessible, as it is the primary channel through which raj88 will communicate account-related notices.
• You must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to access or interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
• You must not attempt to circumvent any security measure, geolocation restriction, or account verification requirement implemented by raj88.
• You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorised such activity.

4 Deposits

raj88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to the minimum and maximum limits applicable to each method at the time of the transaction: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and USDT TRC-20. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. raj88 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

All deposited funds are held in a segregated account and are available for wagering upon confirmation of the transaction. raj88 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges for which raj88 bears no responsibility. Deposit processing times are typically instant for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and may take up to 30 minutes for USDT depending on blockchain confirmation times.

raj88 reserves the right to conduct additional anti-money-laundering checks on deposits that appear unusual in size, frequency, or origin. During any such review, the relevant funds may be placed on a temporary hold. Players will be notified of any such hold and given a reasonable period to provide supporting documentation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Cashier section of your raj88 account. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. raj88 aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–24 hours of submission, subject to successful completion of identity verification where required.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. raj88 does not charge a withdrawal fee; however, standard fees imposed by your payment provider may apply. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following additional conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and wager but are restricted from withdrawing funds until verification is complete.
• Any active wagering requirements associated with a bonus must be met in full before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• raj88 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 per transaction or ৳200,000 per calendar month.
• Withdrawals to a different payment method than the one used for deposit will only be permitted in exceptional circumstances and require written approval from the raj88 compliance team.

In the event that a withdrawal is declined, raj88 will notify the Player of the reason via their registered email address and will return the requested funds to the Player's raj88 account balance without delay.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

raj88 may, at its sole discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to registered Players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted), eligible games or markets, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.

Where a wagering requirement is stated as, for example, "30x the bonus amount", this means the total amount wagered must equal thirty times the value of the bonus before any funds derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Only wagers placed on eligible games or markets contribute toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Wagers placed on excluded games or markets, or wagers that are voided, will not contribute.

raj88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus has already been accepted by a Player at the time of modification, the original terms applicable at acceptance will continue to apply for the duration of that specific promotion cycle.

7 Betting Rules

All sports and event bets placed on raj88 are subject to the specific betting rules for the relevant sport or event category, as published in the Help section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between any sport-specific rule and these general Terms, the sport-specific rule shall prevail in relation to that betting market.

General betting rules applicable across all markets on raj88 include the following:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. raj88 does not accept bets at odds that are materially different from those available at the time of placement.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. During this delay, the odds may change. If the odds change after you submit the bet but before it is accepted, raj88 will offer you the updated odds and provide the option to accept or decline.
• raj88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been subject to match-fixing, manipulation, or where the result has been materially influenced by factors outside the normal conduct of the event.
• Bets on cricket events (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals) are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). Reduced-over results and DLS method outcomes are treated as official for settlement purposes.
• raj88 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any market at any time without prior notice. This includes applying individual account-level stake restrictions where betting patterns are identified as professionally motivated or systematically exploitative.

8 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on raj88 — including slots, live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), crash games, and fishing arcade titles — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The following general casino terms apply across all games on raj88:

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the raj88 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account per individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent identity verification stage.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to place bets on markets in which you have access to non-public, material information (insider betting).
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games or other multi-player environments to gain an unfair advantage.
• Introducing or deploying any automated betting system, bot, or software exploit to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of systematic exploitation of game or bonus mechanics that is not consistent with normal player behaviour.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or raj88 staff through any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

raj88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control of their gambling activity. All registered Players have access to the following self-management tools at no charge, accessible directly from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased for a minimum of 7 days after any reduction is applied.
• Session Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a specified duration of active play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Apply a temporary restriction on your account ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform; or use any raj88 branding or trade marks in any manner without prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, raj88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to gambling outcomes, loss of data, interruption of service, technical failures, or unauthorised access to your account.

raj88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. raj88 will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain Platform availability and to rectify any technical issues promptly, but does not guarantee any specific uptime or service level.

In no event shall raj88's aggregate liability to any individual Player exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their raj88 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy & Data

raj88 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms an integral part thereof. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy.

Personal data collected during registration and account use — including name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and betting history — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, customer support, and where you have opted in, promotional communications. raj88 does not sell personal data to third parties.

14 Amendments to These Terms

raj88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — raj88 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a notice on the Platform homepage and/or by email to all registered Players' addresses on file. 15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. raj88 operates a formal complaint resolution process. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the Platform or these Terms, you should submit it in writing to the support address in Section 16. raj88 will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaint process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause restricts either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect their legitimate interests.
